There are a few small things that need to be fixed and i ve been slacking so i m star.
Integra driver door wont lock.
In order to get your door lock to work when the door is open you need to pull the inside door handle and the same time as pressing the lock button on the inside of the car.
After the first two weeks the arm disarm button would arm disarm the alarm but it would not lock unlock the doors also the driver and passenger interior door lock switches stopped working completely.
So i had to lock the doors manually with the key outside my car.
Driver door will not open.

When the door is open i can hear the actuator trying but it won t lock and i can t manually lock the door when it is in this open position.
You can get around it by holding the door release lever open as if you were trying to get out of the car and then manually locking it.
I don t have power locks so i don t know how that works.
To lock the doors insert the key into the lock on the driver s door and rotate the key counterclockwise until you hear the doors lock.

It cannot be unlocked with my key from inside the car or by removing the interior handle lock cover and trying to manipulate it.
I m guess it s not a 2008 2009 acura because that feature has been taken away recently.

I have an aftermarket power door lock that i got from bestbuy but removed the little unit that joins the rods together.
The door is closed so i cannot take off the door panel i can get in the car by opening the passenger door and climbing into the drivers seat.
It s a manual lock in the handle.
Okay i have 96 integra gs r hatch and the power door lock on the drivers side only works when the door is closed.
